Hahndorf House Exclusive B&B offers a Garden Conference Pavilion and Deluxe Accommodation set up in beautiful gardens with centuries-old oak trees and stone banked creek flowing through. When lit up at night, this presents the perfect setting where delegates can relax and focus in a beautiful and peaceful environment under blue skies or a starry night.

In cooperation with Hahndorf House Exclusive B&B, Enterprise Events is proud to be able to plan and organise your Conference or Event in Eco Natural environment providing everything you will need to make your next conference a hit! Enterprise Events is happy to help you create your special ‘green’ event. Your Conference Venue at Hahndorf House will achieve the feeling of being immersed in nature set up in beautiful secured garden.

It is the perfect opportunity to escape the rush of the city and focus.
Plan your conference or event and ask our dedicated staff to tailor a package to suit your special requirements and budget. Full day delegate packages start from just $65 per person. Some of our packages also include onsite accommodation – perfect for extended events.

Express Work Package from $50*

This package is suitable for short meetings and includes four hour Garden Pavilion hire, tea and coffee for the duration of the meeting, a working lunch and either morning tea or afternoon tea.

• Garden Pavilion Hire (4hrs)

• Standard AV (flip chart, whiteboard and projector screen)

• Conference set up with clothed tables, hotel-branded writing pads, pens, iced water and mints

• Unlimited Tea and Coffee

• Morning Tea and Lunch or Lunch and Afternoon Tea

*Rate is per delegate, per day, minimum 10 delegates.

 


Eco Day Package from $65*

This package is suitable for companies on a budget. There are a couple of choices for each meal time to provide variety, but at a minimal cost.

• Full Day Garden Pavilion Hire

• Standard AV (flip chart, whiteboard and projector screen)

• Conference set up with clothed tables, hotel-branded writing pads, pens, 
iced water and mints

• Unlimited Tea and Coffee

• A selection of Morning and Afternoon Tea options

• Working Lunch

*Rate is per delegate, per day, minimum 10 delegates.

 


Residential Package from $ 210 *

This package is perfectly suited to overnight conferences and includes:

• Superior Room accommodation (twin share & single)

• Buffet breakfast

• Morning tea

• Lunch

• Afternoon tea

• Garden Pavilion Hire

• FREE WiFi

• FREE Secured Parking

• Standard AV (whiteboard, flipchart and screen)

*Rate is per delegate, based on twin share accommodation. Sun-Thu $210 or Fri & Sat $240.



Reward and Recharge Package from $330*

This package is perfect to make a sound investment in the health and engagement of your team, to reward them for a hard year’swork and get them refreshed and ready for the challenges ahead.

Your delegates can relax and regenerate by being pampered at our Day Spa. The resort’s spa treatments help improve efficiency, enhance creativity and recharge energy levels, ensuring a productive conference.

Work & Cocktail Package from $ 230*

This conference package is ideal if you want to combine work and fun. After a successful day of work, your delegates can reward themselves with a foot-tapping party at the resort’s Cocktail Party. The next day, a small ethnic party serves as a nice work break.
